Who is the Pilates man? Well that would be me,

Hi I am Tyson!

First off, Iet me say a big welcome, to hopefully your new workout video library. A big thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me, and how we can work together to achieve your goals.

 

So you might ask, what makes me The Pilates Man?

Well ...I have spent most of my adult life teaching pilates and educating clients from Europe to Australia, in gyms, fitness centres, corporate businesses, online and in my own studio                  .

I have Over 12 years experience and have instructed over 10,000  classes in Reformer Pilates alone, countless classes in Mat Pilates, cardio-lates, boxing, spin, Les Mills, HITT and circuit classes. I have worked with 100s of 1 to1 clients for rehabilitation needs, weight loss, pre and post natal, helped gain higher performance for athletes by using the Pilates method.

  Using my previous experience as a professional dancer I was also lucky enough to become head of Barre department in London's most prestige studio "Ten Pilates".

 

Each workout I have created for you on this platform will be challenging, keep you motivated, make you stronger, leaner, fitter, whilst always working within the principles of pilates to create an  ultimate functional body.
