Why  Train at The Pilates Man Studio?

THe Pilates Man has designed and delivers reformer workouts that help align, engage and create the ultimate functional body.

With up to 8 participants in each class and our state of the art carriages, our reformer workouts are personal and cater to the members that are in each class. 

Our studio believes the key to a ultimate functional body is to focus on Posture, flexibility and core strength. These 3 key elements are implanted in every workout at THe Pilates Man to achieve maximum results.

BEGINNERS/ADVANCED

If you're a beginner don't worry you're in good hands. Each workout has modifications to adapt to every fitness level from beginner to the most advanced so everybody can get the most out of each workout. 

Time is no excuse

No time, no worries, 20 minutes is all you need. There is a variety of different class duration from 20 -60 mins, so there's no excuse for you to not to get at least a short yet affective workout in.
